1. Our management is dedicated to achieve products that will meet 100% of your quality requirements. For each new part or each new batch, our project manager works hand in hand with the process engineer, the tooling engineer and the quality engineer to ensure that the specifications of the products are secured. All our personnel is trained to constantly improve our processes and reach the highest standards of quality.
2.Material mechanical properties quality control after heat treatment ( quench and tempering or others):
– Tensile strenght machine and impact strenght test :Tensile strenght, Yield strengh, Elongation A%, Impact test Kv (-20degree, 0 degree, etc) . We execute a control over mechanical properties for each batch after heat treatment.
– Hardness ( HB, Hv,Hrc,etc) : We do a compliance hardness test on poilshed samples after all heat-treated batch to certify it reaches your requirements ( Surface hardness as well as core hardness)
– Microstructure : We control the grain size for each heat treated batch on a sample to make sure it matches requirements over material and strenght state required.
3. Dimensional control of forged post-machined parts:
Our factory is equipped with a extensive range of advanced measuring equipments and analyzing systems:
- Coordinate Measuring Machine CMM
- Tensile tester
- Ultrasound tester UT
- Standard set of dimensional control tools, including 3 points micrometers
