All our personnel is trained to constantly improve our processes and reach the highest standards of quality.<\/p>\n<p>2.Material mechanical properties quality control after heat treatment ( quench and tempering or others):<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tensile strenght machine and impact strenght test :Tensile strenght, Yield strengh, Elongation A%, Impact test Kv (-20degree, 0 degree, etc) .\u00a0\u00a0We execute\u00a0a control \u00a0over mechanical properties for each batch after heat treatment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hardness ( HB, Hv,Hrc,etc) : We do a compliance hardness test on poilshed samples after all heat-treated batch to certify it reaches your requirements ( Surface hardness as well as core hardness)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Microstructure :\u00a0We control \u00a0the grain size for each heat treated batch on a sample to make sure it matches requirements\u00a0over material and strenght\u00a0state required.<\/p>\n<p>3.
